Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives for fixed night shifts in Worksop. You will work 10pm–6am, Monday to Friday, on a full-time basis. The role pays £12.71 per hour and overtime is available.

Full training is provided and there are on-site facilities including a canteen and free parking. Temp to perm opportunities and on-site support from Staffline are offered. Ideal candidates have good English and numeracy, are flexible, and work well in a team.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

• 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

• Packing products into boxes/baskets
• Measuring, grading, and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery
• Operating production line equipment
• Assembling goods on a production line
• Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
• Finishing products, for example, applying protective coatings
• Monitoring the production process

• Good understanding of written and spoken English plus numeracy skills.
• A willingness to learn and be flexible in the tasks required of you.
• Working as part of a team - join in and help others around you.
• Be able to follow instructions from other team members and supervision.
• Ensuring that any necessary communication takes place to ensure the smooth running of the operation
• Completing all relevant checks, i.e. CCP, weight checks, process checks, and cleaning paperwork, etc, where required.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
