As a Primal Cut Operative your duties include:

• Split and cut pork sides into main primal cuts
• Inspect meat quality, monitor weight and ensure minimal product waste
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must be physically fit and able to do a very physical role and lift up to 25kgs.

Applicants will be reliable, punctual and show good commitment.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
