Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work at our client's busy, chilled flower distribution warehouse for the MM Plants. You will join a large plant supplier serving major supermarkets across the UK, with full training provided.

The role involves operating and monitoring machinery, labeling, packing, and helping dispatch. You should be reliable, enjoy teamwork, and be able to work a 7:00am/8:00am to 7:00pm/8:00pm shift with overtime after 48 hours.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining high product quality standards and promptly reporting any issues.
• Accurately applying labels and producing labelled collars.
• Assembling Q-boxes and maintaining smooth production flow to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Operating and monitoring machinery such as bucket and strapping machines, clearing blockages, and ensuring continuous operation.
• Using tablets or scanners to operate systems (e.g., Rubicon) and ensuring all finished goods are correctly recorded and scanned.
• Setting up production runs with the correct materials, including buckets, labels, and packaging.
• Loading and unloading trolleys or pallets to support dispatch operations.
• Maintaining clean and orderly work areas to ensure efficient workflow and safe operations.

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for one of the largest providers of plants to major supermarket chains throughout the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work at our client's busy, chilled flower distribution warehouse for the MM Plants.

The shift pattern is:

7:00am/8:00am to 7:00pm/8:00pm (the exact start and finish times will be confirmed during the induction)

The rates of pay are:

• Day Shift - £12.71 per hour

Overtime is available after working 48 hours and paid at:

• Day shift £15.89 per hour

Your Time at Work
