Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a General Production Operative to work at a busy food production warehouse in Skelmersdale. The rate is £13.10 per hour, with a rotating 4 on/4 off shift pattern from 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am.

You will operate production lines, pack and count products into boxes, and palletise and wrap pallets for distribution. The role requires standing for long periods and maintaining hygiene standards.

Staffline is recruiting candidates to work as a General Production Operative to work for our client's busy food production warehouse in Skelmersdale.

The rate of pay is £13.10 per hour.

You will be working a rotating shift pattern, 4 on 4 off. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a General Production Operative at this location your duties will include:

• Operation of production lines and working in a fast paced environment
• Packing and counting of products into boxes adhering to all health and safety guidelines
• Palletizing and wrapping products onto pallets ready to be distributed

Our Perfect Worker

As a General Production Operative, you will be required to stand for long periods on production lines, packing and lifting boxes onto pallets and adhere to food safety standards in the working environment.

You will have good attention to detail, be able to work part of a team, a positive attitude and be reliable and punctual as well as good personal hygiene.

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential.
