Qualifications

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, managing the full recruitment lifecycle or taking greater client ownership.
• Ability to open conversations and explore new client relationships.
• Experience growing accounts through delivery, credibility and client needs understanding.
• Genuine interest in the specialist market and evolving technologies.
• Strong sense of responsibility for quality of work and candidate experience.
