• Experience in service administration or a similar role.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and invoicing.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process workshop job cards and invoicing.
• Communicate with customers to obtain final order numbers.
• Process and input DAF warranty and contract claims.
• Input costs on customer portals.
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
