Allen Motor Group is seeking a proactive Warranty Administrator in the UK to manage warranty claims from submission through payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer requirements. You will work with service teams and management to maintain high standards of governance and support business performance.

The role focuses on ownership of claims processing, documentation integrity, and timely communication with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure seamless warranty operations

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warranty administration or automotive aftersales is advantageous.
• Ability to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and GDPR.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping discipline.

Aufgaben

• Warranty Claim Management: Prepare, submit, invoice and manage warranty claims across manufacturers.
• Service Team Support: Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely submission of documentation and job cards.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure warranty activity adheres to guidelines and maintain auditable records (GDPR focused).
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Monitor reports, investigate discrepancies, reconcile payments and warranty schedules.
