Castelan, based at our Weston-Super-Mare Head Office, is seeking a Personal Claims Handler to own warranty claims from start to finish. You will provide reassurance, guidance and practical solutions to customers, with a focus on fair outcomes and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles or service industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims and assess information to make fair decisions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, retailers and partners by phone and email.
• Manage warranty claims from first contact through to resolution.
• Coordinate repairs or settlements with technicians and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and manage customer expectations throughout the claims process.
