Job summary

Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join the central Warranty team at Head Office in Ulting, Maldon, Essex. The role supports Agriculture and Construction divisions, ensuring warranty claims are submitted accurately and processed efficiently through to payment.

The successful candidate will examine repair orders, prepare and submit claims, and monitor them through to final payment, maintaining manufacturer policies and aiming for maximum recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration or similar admin roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with manufacturer policies and submission processes could help.

• Review completed warranty orders to ensure required information, labour, parts and docs are present before submission.
