Job summary

Audi Stratford-upon-Avon, part of Listers Group Limited, is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to manage submission and oversight of warranty claims. The role is 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, with a basic salary of £32,000 plus a turnover-based monthly incentive for an OTE of £34,400.

You will ensure accuracy and compliance across warranty-related administration, liaising with manufacturers and the Service team to maintain high standards of record-keeping

Qualifications

• Solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty and retail invoices accurately.
• Collaborate with the Service team and manage work-in-progress updates.
• Liaise with manufacturers to resolve submission issues and implement corrections.
• Follow established procedures to ensure successful warranty claim submissions.
• Reconcile paid claims and maintain up-to-date warranty records.
