• Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

As our Warranty Administrator, you'll be the vital link, ensuring seamless operations and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.This busy and pivotal role involves significant liaison with both our dealerships and manufacturers.

Your key objectives will include:

• Applying manufacturers’ warranty and goodwill policies and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis

• Monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports to maintain oversight and control

• Contributing to achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control within the Retailer

• Ensuring full compliance with all company policies and relevant industry guidelines
