Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor for a warm-leads role in Cotgrave, Nottingham. The position offers a £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with realistic earnings of £35,000–£40,000 OTE. It is office-based with benefits including free onsite parking and career progression opportunities.

There is no cold calling. You will handle warm leads, advise customers on their orders, and upsell natural health products while working toward individual sales targets.

Qualifications

• No experience required – just a great attitude and a willingness to succeed.
• Previous experience within sales, telesales, telephone sales, outbound sales, retail sales or customer service is welcome, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have recently placed online orders.
• Work exclusively with warm and fresh customer leads.
• Discussing customers' requirements and confirming their purchases.
• Recommending relevant additional natural health products.
• Upselling and cross-selling products in a consultative manner.
• Building rapport and developing positive customer relationships.
• Answering product-related questions, with full product training provided.
• Accurately updating customer information on internal systems.
• Working towards individual sales, conversion and revenue targets.
• Increasing average order values through relevant product recommendations.
