Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers' homes with a smile. This role blends hands-on driving with friendly in-home service, offering variety and independence during shifts while supported by an approachable store team.

You will be expected to load and secure goods safely, verify orders, handle substitutions, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. A valid UK driving licence with up to 3 points is required, with guaranteed hours and flexibility to suit different

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot and provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and ensure all checks are completed for roadworthiness.
• Keep the van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised to protect product quality.
• Assist customers with order changes, substitutions or short-dated items and arrange refunds when needed.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and deliver excellent customer service.
