• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes, substitutions, or short dated items politely and arrange refunds if needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within customer time slots with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and great customer service.
