Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes. This role is about more than driving; it’s about delivering great service with a smile and keeping orders in perfect condition.

Shifts are hands-on, include varied hours, and offer a minimum of 16 hours per week with some locations also offering 12-hour roles. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence is required, with up to 3 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver orders with care and provide friendly service to customers.
• Ability to work independently on the road with a team backup at base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within their time slots.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organized.
• Assist customers with order changes and substitutions when needed.
• Talk through any issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build relationships with colleagues to maintain great team spirit.
