Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers’ homes. You’ll deliver with a smile, handle orders accurately, and maintain high service standards on every route.

You’ll work shifts with a guaranteed minimum hours, need a valid UK driving licence, and you’ll be supported by a helpful team back at base. Drivers are paid per hour and offered a flexible, customer‑focused role.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Able to work independently with a positive team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in their homes within the agreed time slots.
• Load and unload the van safely and keep the van tidy and organised.
• Communicate order changes, substitutions or short‑dated items clearly and help with refunds when needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks to ensure roadworthiness.
