The ideal candidate has prior school reception or administrative experience, is confident with MIS systems such as SIMS or Arbor, and holds an Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred). You will support safeguarding procedures and provide general admin support to the senior

Qualifikationen

• Experience in school reception or administration.
• Proficiency with school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor or similar).
• DBS check valid or willing to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to parent inquiries.
• Maintain pupil records using the school MIS.
• Monitor attendance and report concerns.
• Support safeguarding procedures and sign-in protocols.
• Provide general administrative support to SLT.
