Job summary

Horsfall House in Minchinhampton is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families and professionals. You will handle calls, assist with everyday administrative tasks and support a calm, welcoming atmosphere across the home.

The role is part-time, includes weekend shifts, and offers a pension, on-site parking and staff meals. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure high standards of service and compliance with data protection.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy required with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deal with staff, families of clients/residents, contractors and other visitors.
• Provide a welcoming, calm environment and handle telephone service.
• Book and take payments for staff/visitor meals.
• Maintain records in line with data protection guidelines.
• Liaise with other receptionists to ensure smooth handover.
