Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic receptionist for Knowle Gate Care Home in Knowle. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional customer service and a range of administrative tasks to support the home’s operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident using computers and basic software.
• Positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Experience with solving problems and handling client complaints.

Responsabilités

• Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception.
• Redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages.
• Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
• Maintaining the reception area tidy and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are met.
