Initial placement in London, UK with relocation to Abu Dhabi upon center completion. The candidate should connect operational needs to system architecture and mission outcomes while guiding an Agile team of analysts and engineers.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific security clearance.
• 7+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, or related technical-operational disciplines.
• 4+ years in project management with Agile methods.
• Experience with wargaming design and data analytics.
• Ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for standing up a tactical wargaming center in the UAE.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical analyses and wargames.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure center remains operational and trained.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to show capabilities with data-driven analysis.
