Job summary

Vestas, a global wind energy leader, seeks a Logistics Warehouse operative (Full-Time) at the IOW site. You will handle pick/pack duties, stock checks, and forklift operations to support production and internal/external stakeholders. Proficiency with SAP/Apriso and strong attention to detail are essential.

You will contribute to safe, efficient material flow, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold 5S and safety standards in a busy manufacturing environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift and material-handling certification.
• Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Ability to receive, inspect, put-away and handle materials accurately.
• Ability to supply materials to production lines with correct timing.
• Maintain warehouse organisation and apply 5S consistently.
• Accurate inventory transactions and discrepancy resolution.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics function.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and proficiently in MS Office (Excel).
• Collaborate effectively and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfil orders for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain stock accuracy through stock checks and cycle counts.
• Safely operate forklifts and load/unload trailers.
• Use SAP and Apriso to manage inventory and transactions.
• Report stock shortages and discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Meet operational deadlines with high accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety concerns.
• Support production by delivering materials on time.
