Job summary

Vestas NCE Service Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Lead Stockkeeper to supervise offshore service stockkeeping teams across North/Central Europe. The role focuses on coordinating materials, tools, and parts for offshore campaigns, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.

You will drive daily planning, performance monitoring, and training while collaborating with project teams to optimize warehouse operations on vessels and harbors.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse-management or logistics required.
• Warehouse experience in wind industry beneficial.
• Customs knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficient with SAP/ERP systems (SAP/AX) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team of stockkeepers handling materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations; plan daily workloads and allocate tasks.
• Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and align with Service Campaign operations.
• Coordinate with other team leads to ensure timely storage and warehouse dynamics for offshore operations across NCE.
• Support planned/unplanned service events and promote safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives in stockkeeping.
• Own training matrix for the team and organize requirements for ports in NCE.
• Assist audits and contribute to overall offshore operation structure.
