Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at the WCH Warehouse on a contract basis, focusing on inventory control, order fulfilment and records accuracy. The role requires forklift operation and SAP/ERP proficiency within a renewables environment.

The successful candidate will manage stock movements, prioritise tasks and uphold health, safety and environmental procedures across the warehouse, communicating clearly with teams and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Qualified forklift driver with a clean driving licence.
• IT literacy with SAP or a similar ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English language ability.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new software tools.
• GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations within the renewables environment
• Managing inventory levels, stock movements and distribution activities
• Ensuring accurate order fulfilment and timely processing of warehouse requests
• Maintaining detailed inventory records using SAP or a similar ERP system
• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently where required
• Supporting health, safety and environmental procedures across the warehouse
• Prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and relevant operational teams
