Job summary

Warburtons in Burnley is seeking passionate Warehouse Team Members to join our fast-paced operation. You will help run a smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse, supporting the production line and distribution of our famous breads.

The role offers a fully supported induction, shift patterns including days/nights, and benefits such as pension, profit share, life assurance, and staff discounts. Applicants should be ready to work flexibly, with good numeracy and a safety-forward mindset.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience in FMCG warehousing or similar environment.

• Attention to detail with focus on quality and health & safety.

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG.

The Recipe

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety First: You will take responsibility for putting safety first and always behave in a manner that ensures your own safety and that of others.
• Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
• Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
• Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
• Quality Products: You will adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.
