Job summary

Warburtons is seeking a Warehouse Team Member in Stone for night shifts, starting 17:30 or 18:00, with full-time permanent employment. The role focuses on safe, efficient warehouse operations and maintaining high-quality standards, supported by induction and ongoing training.

You will work within a fast-paced team, handling a range of equipment and contributing to a reliable supply of our beloved products. Weekly pay and wellbeing benefits are included.

Qualifications

Essential Ingredients

• Willing to work a flexible shift pattern, including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
• Experience in a similar role within FMCG.
• Good written and verbal skills with a good level of numeracy.

• Demonstrates attention to detail with a focus on Quality and Health & Safety.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety First: You will take responsibility for putting safety first and always behave in a manner that ensures your own safety and that of others.
• Team Support: You will provide basic support and guidance within the team, leading by example.
• Compliance: You will comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Safety standards and working practices.
• Equipment Operation: You will take responsibility for operating a wide range of equipment across the operation to deliver site standards.
• Quality Products: You will adhere to site processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation to produce and deliver unbeatable quality products.
