About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in ensuring efficient and cost-effective warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing the daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and high service levels to customers.

You will be responsible for

Managing the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods in line with productivity targets and budget constraints, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

You will need

Successful candidates will have knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry and an understanding of business and operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse. Knowledge of the transport function is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and proficiency with MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes are essential.
