XPO Logistics is seeking a Late Shift Site Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Doncaster. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a busy warehouse operation, working Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 23:00. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Pay, benefits, and more:

Salary up to £37,500 per annum, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with options to buy additional days. Benefits include high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, workplace pension, and other perks.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily operations of the late shift and transport, including customer relationships.
• Driving compliance with health and safety standards.
• Meeting KPIs and customer SLAs.
• Participating in HR activities such as incident investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Maintaining stock accuracy using manual and automated WMS systems.

Qualifications and experience:

• Strong background in warehouse management.
• Experience in a 3PL environment and understanding customer needs.
• Practical experience with WMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Leadership experience in managing performance.
• SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
