You will oversee a team of approximately 25 Warehouse Operatives, ensuring each item is accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to meet our high standards of customer service. Our largest distribution centre processes up to 600,000 units daily, a complex operation requiring precision and teamwork.

You should be adept at working with diverse personalities, motivating your team, monitoring performance, and identifying ways to improve productivity and accuracy to help them achieve their bonuses.

Our warehouses operate 24/7, fast-paced environments requiring you to be independent and quick-thinking. Your management experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics is highly valued, and you should be capable of making sound operational decisions based on your previous experience.
