An established industry player is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the night shift in Harlow. Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday nights, 21:00 – 06:30

If you are ambitious and looking to progress your career in warehouse operations, join us on the night shift as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Harlow Depot. We currently have 2 positions available.
You will be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives work safely and efficiently, achieving key targets. You will lead by example, driving high performance through effective communication, teamwork, and building strong relationships. Collaborating closely with the shift manager, you will plan workload and resources, develop your team members' skills, and support their career growth. The role involves administrative tasks, requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
We are looking to fill 2 positions on the night shift. The role requires you to think quickly, solve operational challenges proactively, and seek continuous improvement. You should have previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not essential; a strong desire to learn and understand the business is key.
