Location: Harlow

If you are as ambitious as we are and you're looking to progress your career in warehouse operations, join us on the night shift as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Harlow Depot. We currently have 2 positions available.

You'll be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives work safely and efficiently, achieving key targets. You will lead by example, driving high performance through effective communication, teamwork, and building strong working relationships. You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resources effectively, as well as develop your team members' skills to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability. The role involves paperwork and administration, so attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

We are looking to fill 2 positions on the night shift. The role requires working in a busy environment, thinking on your feet, and proactively solving operational challenges, escalating issues when necessary. You should be eager to make a difference and seek continuous improvement in current processes.

To qualify as a Warehouse Team Manager, you should have previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment. Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not essential. The key qualities are your ability and willingness to learn quickly about our business and operations.
