Your responsibilities include leading a team of warehouse operatives to work safely and efficiently, achieving key targets, and fostering high performance through effective communication, teamwork, and strong relationships. You will collaborate with the shift manager to plan workloads and develop your team members' skills, supporting their career growth. The role involves paperwork and administration, requiring attention to detail and accuracy.

We seek individuals with previous team leadership experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn and understand our business quickly is key.
