Team Manager

Location: BARNET

Are you looking for a role involved in high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains? We offer salaried Team Manager roles working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to maintain excellent standards in merchandising stock.

The Role

• A typical week consists of 48 hours from Sunday to Thursday.
• You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers on client tasks.
• Communicate progress and project completion to management.
• Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mainly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform on your smartphone where you can set availability and accept shifts.
• You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work locations vary across retail stores, with travel on a shift-by-shift basis.
• You will perform tasks such as:
• Removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems.
• Adjusting shelf heights.
• Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
• Travel may be required when local work isn't available, with accommodation provided if staying away.
• Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Applicants should have experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people.
• Methodical approach and attention to detail are essential.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting are involved.
• Possess problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required. Applicants must be 18 or over.
