Job summary

GI Group Main Account in Andover is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and yard activity. You will keep orders moving, maintain high standards, and drive the team to perform at their best.

Responsibilities include planning labour, coordinating with transport, coaching the team, and ensuring stock accuracy and health & safety on site. A valid FLT licence and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams, coordinating daily activity.
• Strong people management and performance coaching ability.
• Comfortable with WMS/IT systems and planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and yard operations to hit OTIF targets.
• Plan labour and resources, coordinate with transport for fast turnaround.
• Lead, coach and develop the team with briefings and 1:1s.
• Drive and improve stock accuracy, investigations and stock counts.
• Ensure health and safety on site and risk assessments.
