Job summary

Culina is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Chesterfield operation. The role involves leading a team, supporting the Shift Manager, and ensuring productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are met daily.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, with supervisory experience and strong IT skills. Availability for weekend peak shifts and handling alcohol products may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience in VAS or e-commerce would be an advantage.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.

Warehouse Team Leader | Permanent Full-Time Opportunities Shift Pattern: Rotating shift pattern working 5 days out of 7. Week 1 - 6am - 2pm Week 2 - 10am - 6pm Weekly Contracted hours 37.5 hours Salary: £12.71 - £13.13 per hour , plus a £1.00 per hour Team Leader supplement, Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours worked above 37.5 hours. We are looking for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Chesterfield operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers. In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

Job requirements

• What we’re looking for
• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast-paced operation.
• Experience in VAS or e-commerce would be an advantage.

• Comfortable working either a Sunday or Saturday during peak times.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products within a Beer, Wines and Spirits operation where required.
