Medik8 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to drive daily operations, coach the team, and ensure accuracy and OTIF replenishment across the warehouse.

You will supervise shifts, maintain GMP standards, partner with the Stock Controller, and uphold Health & Safety policies while promoting training and development within the team.

Working Monday to Friday onsite, 14:00–22:30, with overtime paid at 1.5x. Salary ranges between £30,000 and £33,000 depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record supervising teams in a fast-paced warehouse/operational setting.
• Strong written and numerical skills with direct experience using stock control systems.
• Robust knowledge of warehouse housekeeping and 5S; IOSH training/experience is beneficial.
• A Flexi or Counterbalance forklift licence is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Daily supervision of the warehouse team to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
• Track performance against targets and report to the Warehouse Shift Manager.
• Lead daily team briefings covering safety, people updates, equipment status, and quality control.
• Support onboarding of new hires and coach team on SOPs, WI and Safe Systems of Work.
• Participate in daily leadership meetings and provide feedback during performance reviews.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy with the Stock Controller and resolve system issues.
• Uphold GMP standards across warehouse operations.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and proper reporting/ documentation of incidents.
