Job summary

GXO Logistics in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to support the operation and lead our Warehouse Team at the Trentham site. This is a full-time, temporary 6-month FTC with rotating day shifts from 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00, plus occasional weekend work.

You will oversee day-to-day team performance, enforce Health & Safety and SOPs, drive staff development, and help achieve KPIs on time and within cost and service targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day management of Warehouse Team Members.
• Manage Health & Safety and the Environment during shifts and ensure SOPs.
• Drive team growth and development.
• Meet and exceed KPIs around time, cost and customer service.
• Deliver daily business communications and staff engagement plans.
