Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager at our Stoke-on-Trent site, Trentham, to support day-to-day management of the Warehouse Team Members, ensure SOP compliance, and drive performance in a fast-paced operation.

This full-time, 6-month FTC role involves rotating day shifts (07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00) with some weekend work; you will lead by example, develop your team, manage KPI delivery, and collaborate with HR, finance, and stock functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; able to drive KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of Warehouse Team Members
• Manage Health & Safety and SOP compliance during shifts
• Drive team development and staff growth
• Meet and exceed KPI targets including time, cost and customer service
• Ensure effective daily communications and staff engagement plans
