Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager at our Stoke-on-Trent, Trentham site. This full-time, temporary role supports the Lead Team Manager, overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities on a 6-month FTC, with rotating day shifts and weekend work.

You will drive safety, SOP compliance and KPI achievement while coaching colleagues for growth. Benefits include pension, cycle to work, retail discounts, training, and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and driving KPI performance.
• Strong leadership behaviours with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stock, HR, finance and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day management of Warehouse Team Members.
• Oversee Health & Safety and SOP adherence during shifts.
• Drive team development and performance through coaching and feedback.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets including time and costs.
• Deliver effective daily communications and staff engagement plans.
