Job summary

Nexus People is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager in Bradford to lead site operations, coordinate activities, and ensure service levels are met. The role requires rigorous use of Excel, PowerPoint, and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems.

You will manage a team, drive performance, and ensure health and safety compliance while supporting site projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12 months previous experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and be responsible for all key operational processes and procedures in your area.
• Prioritising and delivering in line with SLAs, while effectively planning resources and equipment.
• Collaborate with Site Planner to ensure delivery of site plans.
• Analyse data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions; escalate issues promptly.
• Set, monitor and review KPI and SLA targets for the team.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and report incidents via the proper channel.
• Provide training to colleagues and new starters to develop and improve performance.
• Regularly review performance and implement development plans.
