Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd. seeks a Warehouse Team Manager for our Bradford site (BD12). You will lead and develop Team Leaders and Operatives, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive, high-performance environment.

The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm–10:00pm with a salary of £33,000, plus structured development and progression opportunities. Onboarding and ongoing training are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

Experience of managing a team with coaching and guidance.
Familiar with using and operating an in house Warehouse Management System.
Understanding of lean, six sigma principles and safe working practices.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational targets.
Own day-to-day operation within your area, ensuring processes and procedures are followed.
Create a positive and engaging working environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed and incidents reported.
Analyse operational data to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Support site-wide projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
