Job summary

Nexus People in Bradford is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows and ensure accuracy and safety across the site. You will manage a team, monitor KPIs and SLAs, align resources with site plans and drive continuous improvement while building strong working relationships within the wider business.

The role offers various shifts, immediate starts and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

12 months previous experience required; excellent knowledge of Microsoft suites and warehouse management systems essential.
UK resident and able to travel to site; VISA and relocation support not provided.

Responsibilities

Understand and be responsible for all key operational processes and procedures in your area; coordinate activities to maximize output.
Prioritize and deliver in line with SLAs; plan resources and equipment.
Collaborate with Site Planner to ensure delivery of site plans.
Analyse data, identify root causes and implement corrective measures; escalate issues promptly.
Understand cost of sales reporting and its impact on the department.
Set, monitor and review KPI and SLA targets for the team.
Ensure adherence to H&S regulations; report incidents and near misses.
Deliver high standards across your area; ensure team has training and equipment.
Manage performance of team, including wellbeing, absence and PIP/investigations as needed.
Conduct regular 121s and provide constructive feedback; drive training for new starters.
