Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Milton Keynes is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will oversee a team of warehouse operatives for a fast-paced client, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and targets are met.

You\'ll lead, coach, and monitor performance, maintain stock control, and drive safety and process improvements. Shifts include Sunday-Thursday 07:00am-15:00pm and Tuesday-Saturday 07:00am-15:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations.

• Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
