Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Warrington site to motivate teams and drive operational performance in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

As Team Leader you will lead key operational tasks, be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries, and support the FLM in achieving productivity, quality and service targets. The role is full-time, on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, with a salary up to £28,500 per annum and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Excellent communication and on-site engagement.
• Strong data analytics with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to train and develop colleagues on SOPs and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to hit productivity, quality, and service targets.
• Promote Health & Safety culture; ensure PPE compliance and report hazards.
• Coach colleagues in SOPs and best practices to maintain standards.
• Monitor operations, resolve issues, support picking and packing, drive CI.
• Lead the operation in the absence of the FLM or Shift Manager; ensure customer expectations.
