Job summary

Newrest Heathrow is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels, timeliness of dispatches, and adherence to safety standards.

The successful candidate will manage goods-in, picking, packing and stock control, while using WMS and Excel to track data. Weekend work and flexible hours may be required to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong stock management and WMS experience.
• Ability to plan daily workload and optimize throughput.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure stock records are up to date.
• Oversee goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control activities.
• Ensure goods are correctly packed, prepared and ready for dispatch.
• Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse team members to meet targets.
• Utilize WMS, databases and Excel to input and retrieve operational data.
• Plan and manage the team’s daily workload to meet business and customer targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
