Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Nights Warehouse Supervisor for the Heathrow site. You will lead the night team, coordinate operations, and ensure timely delivery operations continue smoothly from the Heathrow depot.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, process discipline, and staff development. Experience with warehouse systems and proven ability to motivate teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution setting.
• Strong communication skills to direct staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Proficient computer skills; comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the night shift team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Assist in planning staffing and leave to ensure full coverage.
• Ensure labels, sortation and warehouse processes meet quality and safety standards.
• Induct new staff and provide ongoing training to staff and contractors.
