Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for our Distribution site with a 24/7 operation and a 1000+ onsite workforce. You will lead front-line teams across goods in, picking and loading, focusing on people development and efficient service to customers.

Successful candidates bring 2+ years in FMCG logistics, strong leadership and KPI-driven mindset, with a track record of coaching and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment.
• Team management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
