GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader at our Warrington site to motivate teams and drive operational performance across a fast-paced operation.

You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day support and problem-solving, coordinating with the FLM and shifts to ensure targets are met. This full-time, permanent role offers a 5 from 7 shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00) with a salary up to £28,500 per annum plus generous benefits including pension, private medical and

• Experience leading a warehouse or multi-channel operation.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive productivity, quality and service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehousing team to meet targets.
• Ensure health and safety and PPE compliance.
• Coach colleagues on SOPs and best practices.
• Monitor operations, resolve issues, support picking/packing and continuous improvement.
• Step up to lead in the absence of management.
