Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader at Templecombe to inspire a team and drive continuous improvement in a busy warehouse environment. You will lead day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and implement efficient processes to meet targets.

The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with benefits including a pension, healthcare options, and employee discounts. You will promote a team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PC literate and numerate with basic MS Office usage.
• Attention to detail for quality checking/quality control.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean techniques is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage a team of MTOs to achieve, and where possible exceed, all performance objectives.
• Record performance reports and make recommendations for improvements.
• Support disciplinary and grievance meetings in line with policies.
• Ensure all product is handled correctly to avoid damages.
• Maintain stock accuracy and improve accuracy levels.
