Job summary

AO is seeking a Days Team Leader to work with the day shift, ensuring smooth operations and performance within a busy warehouse environment. You’ll monitor quality, handle products correctly, and support HR and admin tasks as part of a collaborative team.

This role offers exposure to a fast-paced retailer environment and opportunities to upskill and advance within AO. With a 4 on/4 off rotational pattern and early start times from 6.00am, you’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards and

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and systems.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while managing fluctuating workloads.
• Confident decision-making skills with a fair and consistent approach.
• Proficiency in PC use, including WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting KPIs such as damage and non-picks.

• Salary:£30,327.57 per annum
• Hours:40.25 per week.
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotational shift pattern)
• Start/Finish time: 6.00am- 6.00pm

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You Will
