DSV – Global transport and logistics in Raunds is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader on the AM shift to drive performance, coach a team of operatives, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

You will manage workloads, monitor KPIs, support the management team, and maintain stock accuracy. The role requires proven warehouse leadership, strong communication, planning and IT skills, plus a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach with confident decision-making.
• Good IT knowledge, including spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of lean techniques would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Training new operatives and supporting ongoing development.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
• Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity needs.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
